We ship wearable art worldwide from Morocco. Your order will be carefully packaged and sent with love.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the number of items ordered. All delivery times are estimated and start from the date of shipment.

Order Processing Time

Processing: 1-3 business days

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). This means:

• Your order will be carefully inspected for quality
• Packaged securely to protect the artwork
• Shipped with a tracking number

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking Number: Provided by email once your order ships

You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

How to Track:

• Check the shipping confirmation email for your tracking number
• Visit the carrier's website (link provided in email)
• Enter your tracking number to see real-time updates

Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after shipment.

Packaging

Your wearable art is precious, and we treat it that way.

Our Packaging Process:

• Quality Check: Each item is carefully inspected before packaging
• Protection: Wrapped in tissue paper or protective materials
• Secure Box: Placed in a sturdy shipping box or envelope
• Love & Care: Packaged with attention to detail to ensure safe arrival

Eco-Friendly: We strive to use recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging materials whenever possible.

Customs & Import Duties

International Orders: Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Important Information:

• Buyer's Responsibility: Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility
• Not Included: These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping fee
• Varies by Country: Rates vary depending on your country's customs policies
• Payment: You will be contacted by your local customs office or carrier to pay any applicable fees

Customs Declarations: We accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments as required by law. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue items to avoid customs fees.

Customs Delays: Occasionally, packages may be delayed by customs inspection. This is beyond our control and is not included in the delivery timeframe estimates.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

1. Check the tracking information for updates
2. Confirm the shipping address is correct
3. Check with neighbors or building management
4. Contact the carrier directly
5. If still unresolved, contact us via WhatsApp

Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging
2. Inspect the contents carefully
3. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos
4. We will arrange a replacement or refund

Incorrect Address

Your Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
• Packages returned to sender due to address errors
• Additional shipping costs to resend packages

Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We can only modify addresses before the order ships.

Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery of your package:

• The package will be returned to us
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• You may be responsible for return shipping costs
• Refund will be issued minus shipping costs once package is received

Shipping Restrictions

We Ship Worldwide with very few restrictions.

However, we cannot ship to:

• P.O. Boxes (physical addresses only)
• Countries under international sanctions
• Regions with active shipping embargoes

Shipping times may be extended during:

• Holiday seasons (Christmas, Eid, etc.)
• Peak shopping periods (Black Friday, etc.)
• Carrier disruptions or weather events
• National holidays in Morocco or destination countries
