Customs & Import Duties
International Orders: Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Important Information:
- Buyer's Responsibility: Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility
- Not Included: These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping fee
- Varies by Country: Rates vary depending on your country's customs policies
- Payment: You will be contacted by your local customs office or carrier to pay any applicable fees
Customs Declarations: We accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments as required by law. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue items to avoid customs fees.
Customs Delays: Occasionally, packages may be delayed by customs inspection. This is beyond our control and is not included in the delivery timeframe estimates.
Delivery Issues
Package Not Received
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check the tracking information for updates
- Confirm the shipping address is correct
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier directly
- If still unresolved, contact us via WhatsApp
Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging
- Inspect the contents carefully
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund

Incorrect Address
Your Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
- Packages returned to sender due to address errors
- Additional shipping costs to resend packages
Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We can only modify addresses before the order ships.
Refused Delivery
If you refuse delivery of your package:
- The package will be returned to us
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund will be issued minus shipping costs once package is received

We Ship Worldwide with very few restrictions.
However, we cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (physical addresses only)
- Countries under international sanctions
- Regions with active shipping embargoes
