Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information for updates
  2. Confirm the shipping address is correct
  3. Check with neighbors or building management
  4. Contact the carrier directly
  5. If still unresolved, contact us via WhatsApp

Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged in Transit
