You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
For EU & UK Customers: This is your legal right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
For All Other Customers: We voluntarily extend this same 14-day return policy worldwide as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Important: The 14-day period starts when you (or a third party you designate) physically receives the item, not when you place your order.

- Unaltered: No modifications or alterations
- Clean & Undamaged: No stains, tears, or damage
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been worn, even briefly
- Items that have been washed or dry cleaned
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Items that show signs of use or damage
- Items not in original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions.

- Items without tags or in damaged packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions
- Returns without prior authorization
- Items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
11. EU Consumer Rights (Legal Withdrawal)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
